Oh Cody. I login to DSP and pre-ordered for the print but they don't send it to my country. :( With a book that thick I really want to have it physically. Is it going to be sold in other places, like ARe or Bookstrand? They might send it here. Perhaps Amazon, too, for print edition. (Amazon doesn't send ebooks to my country.)
