The Voice - A Blog Written by the Community for the Community brought to you by Have a Gay Day!

Have a Gay Day is the brainchild of Michael Knote. An innovator and visionary, he is changing the world one gay day at a time. Have a Gay Day's goal is to "create a safe environment for the purpose of Equality, Education, and Support of the LGBT community and their Allies."

Truthfully, Michael and Have a Gay Day do far more than create a safe environment for our community. Projects include Spectrum, a pay it forward project for the community; Prism, a non-emergency chatline when you need someone to talk to; a planned Mobile Community Center and outreach program; and Create a Project which enables you to choose how you'd like to contribute to the community—just to name a few! You can also volunteer, donate, shop, or just get involved in the community! Have a Gay Day also has a Partner Program if you and your business want to contribute to the community!

Within Have a Gay Day, Michael began The Voice, a blog written by the community for the community. I'm pleased to announce that I have the honor and privilege of being a contributor.
